We do not ask for national ID numbers, full card numbers, or passwords through the public contact form.
Purposes
We use contact data to respond to scoping requests, prepare estimates, and — if engaged — deliver audit services. Analytics data (only with consent) helps us understand which pages are useful.
Legal bases
We process inquiry data to take steps at your request before a contract, and to pursue legitimate interests in operating a professional practice. Cookie analytics run only with consent as described on our cookies page.
Retention
Inquiry emails and form records are kept up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or dispute. Analytics data is retained according to the tool’s configured window, typically 14 months or less.
Recipients
Hosting and email providers acting as processors may handle data on our behalf under confidentiality terms. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
