Fees & estimate factors

Audit fees follow the period under review, subscriber volume, and how readily your billing application can export usable files — not a software-style monthly plan.

What moves a quote up or down

  • Number of active plans and currencies in the period
  • Whether annual prepayments and usage overages both apply
  • Cleanliness of exports (native CSV/API dumps versus reconstructed spreadsheets)
  • On-site sessions in Phuket versus fully remote fieldwork
  • Urgency ahead of a filing or diligence deadline

Deposits

Engagements above 100,000 THB usually require a 30% deposit to reserve the fieldwork window. The balance is invoiced on delivery of the draft findings pack. See our refund policy for how deposits and cancellations are handled.

What we do not sell

We do not offer monthly “monitoring subscriptions,” seat-based licences, or tiered Starter / Professional / Enterprise software packages. If you need ongoing close support after an audit, we can discuss a separate retainer for follow-up questions — still billed as professional time.
